Privacy Policy
Stakewire Japan is operated by Hayato Miyauchi, an individual operator based in Japan ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. What we collect

We do not ask for your name, your employer, your address, or any payment details. There is no payment path on this site.
2. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your details.
- We do not share them with third parties for those parties' own marketing.
- We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party cookies on this site.
- We do not build a profile of you or attempt to identify you across other sites.
3. Storage in your browser
When you arrive from a campaign link, we keep the campaign tag in your browser's session storage so that it is still there if you scroll down and sign up a few minutes later. It is deleted when you close the tab, it holds no identifier for you, and nothing is written to your device if you never arrive from a tagged link. We use no cookies.
4. Legal basis
We hold and use your email address on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the early access form. You can withdraw it at any time (section 7), and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it.
We are established in Japan and handle personal information under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Because the service is offered to people outside Japan, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR may also apply to you; where they do, we honour the rights described in section 6.
5. Who else touches your data

These providers act on our instructions. Using them means your email address is transferred to and stored outside your own country, including in the United States. If you would rather that did not happen, please do not sign up — and if you already have, tell us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- send you a copy of it,
- stop using it.
Email [email protected] and we will act on it. We aim to reply within a few days and will not ask you to justify the request. If you are in the UK or the EU and you think we have handled this badly, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
7. Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the emails. If you also want the record deleted rather than suppressed, say so in an email to [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we decide not to launch the service — in which case we will tell the list in plain words and then delete it.
9. Security
The list is held in Kit's systems under an account protected by a unique password and two-factor authentication. This site is served over HTTPS. We hold no payment details, so there are none to lose.
10. Children
This service is for people making their own decisions about financial information. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their details.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects what we do with data we already hold, we will email the list before it takes effect rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
